It’s a lovely Friday here in Nebraska and we are pleased to have received many responses to our school board questionnaires!
Responses will be posted and grouped together by school district before the May primary. Questionnaires will be posted in their entirety, side by side with the responses of those in the district. No opinion on the candidates will be provided. Candidates’ websites and/or social media will be linked for voters to get to know them better.
- We also invite our readers to add any questions they would like their school board candidates to answer. Please contact Jade at JadeB@nebraskameadowlark.com and she will gladly add your questions to our questionnaire, or email them directly to the school board candidate of interest to you.

- 7. How do you feel about standardized tests? Do you feel there is a better way to assess what the students learned?

- 10. What do you feel should be the focus of your school?
